Why is tanning a big deal?

Bodybuilders use tanning to make themselves look better and to give their muscular bodies a high-definition look on the stage. Fake sprays have been around for a long time. Also, over time, the level of tan has changed with a preference for darker shades to appear more toned and defined.

Besides enhancing their muscular and symmetrical physique, it also helps to cover blemishes. A fresh spray can sometimes decide whether you win or lose. Arnold didn’t make it in his first attempt in 1969. The following year, the seven-time Mr. Olympia won his first title at just 20, making him the youngest to win the title.
