Bumstead won the Classic Physique championship in 2019 and hasn’t lost it since. As the talent in the division increases each year, he still remains a massive fan following. Now, just two more weeks from claiming his 4th title, the champ has made some monumental shift in his diet.

Ditching a 5000k+ calorie diet, he now follows a 3000k diet plan. Besides taking food with high protein content, he has also reduced his salt intake.
