4X Classic Physique champion Chris Bumstead has a body many aspiring bodybuilders dream of. The Canadian bodybuilding star placed second in his first Mr. Olympia Classic Physique contest. In 2019, at his third Mr. Olympia, Bumstead claimed the Classic Physique title. Since then Cbum has defended his crown three times consecutively and simultaneously inspired millions with his down-to-earth persona. The fan-favorite frequently interacts with his fanbase on social media, and his most recent workout update took a hilarious turn.

While he never boasts about his strength, Cbum is deceptively strong. In his latest post, the four-time Classic Physique champion threw around a lot of weight. However, a feature of the dumbbells he used led to fans making some hilarious comments. Even his coach, Hany Rambod, joined in to take a jibe at his pupil.

Less than half a day has passed since the reigning Classic Physique champion posted his latest workout video. After suffering a bicep tear during the 2022 Mr. Olympia contest, the Canadian bodybuilding star took some time off to recover. However, he has started his offseason prep and is returning to full strength in the gym.

Bumstead is also posting workout and physique updates frequently. In the latest video, the reigning champion showed fans a set of inclined dumbbell bench presses. While Bumstead hardly boasts about his lifts, the video proved how strong he is as he handled a pair of 140 lb dumbbells without a spotter. However, the self-leveling logo of the stainless steel dumbbells caught the attention of many fans.

A fan left a hilarious comment on the video. “Are those electronic weights?” the fan wrote. Others joined in, and so did the bodybuilding icon’s coach, Hany Rambod. “Fake WeightsF.. Lol” wrote the renowned bodybuilding coach.

However, Bumstead was also in the mood to crack some jokes. “They’re your fake weights… don’t expose me,” Cbum replied to Rambod’s comments. However, the dumbbells weren’t the only things that fans noticed.
