Fitness legend Bradley Martyn is the owner of Zoo Culture Gym and he makes YouTube videos too. Coleman was very much surprised after looking at Martyn’s lifting videos.

Ronnie Coleman is a legendary bodybuilder with eight Mr. Olympia titles. Coleman retired in 2007 and had 13 major surgeries. Coleman is unable to walk with crutches but still goes to the gym daily and enjoys his life after retirement. He also has his own supplements, which are one of the top brands for all fitness enthusiasts.
Ronnie Coleman’s reaction to Bradley Martyn
“That was a good lift,” Coleman said after watching some of the intense lifts of Bradley Martyn. He also continued with “working arms and legs at the same time.” Coleman also knew that working arms and legs at the same time isn’t something that we see daily. It is practically impossible, but somehow Martyn manages to work wonders.

During the series of videos, there was one where Bradley Martyn holds a dumbbell in one hand and a grown-up human in another hand and starts doing bench presses. “Don’t hurt that girl,” Coleman said and was completely surprised.

This might be a common thing in Bradley Martyn’s dictionary, but Ronnie Coleman totally wasn’t ready for this.

Coleman was pretty strong during his prime, and he also admires Martyn’s superhuman strength. From crazy lifts to picking up girls as if they were a couple of dumbbells, Martyn has it all.
