Being a former bodybuilder doesn’t mean that Arnold Schwarzenegger lost his charm. The star has maintained his body all this time and continues to work out and keep in great shape. Over the years, Schwarzenegger has introduced multiple initiatives, either in the form of Q&As or activities, that encourage people to get fitter. And now, in true Terminator style, he’s back with more!
Recently, Schwarzenegger launched his daily newsletter, Pump Daily, earlier this year. It comprises the star’s motivational words, along with tips and tricks about good gains. love reading the #pumpdaily from @Schwarzenegger, being unplugged at the gym and out of the gym has helped me tremendously. In the gym it has helped me to self motivate no music just my mind and weights. Out of the gym it helped me a lot with staying focused and bettered my mood! pic.twitter.com/bTeCLZV4hv

The initiative has been a hit, and the 75-year-old sure works hard to get his message across. In fact, he once even pumped it up hard to show that working out doesn’t have an age limit.
