Amongst all the friends Arnold Schwarzenegger has had in high places, former US President George H. W. Bush was his most beloved companion. Their friendship goes back to the days when he was just known as the bodybuilding legend and politics was nowhere in his future vision. Arnold Schwarzenegger has led an incredibly fascinating life and thus, the people he met on the go are also as amazing as him. During a White House dinner in 2004, President Bush started addressing his guest by talking about his beloved friend Arnold. He was subtle in his remarks, and his comments about the bodybuilding legend gave the audience a moment of laughter. He said, “Last time I was with governor Schwarzenegger, it dawned on me that we have some things in common.”

The former President further added, “We both married well, we both have trouble with the English language, we both have big biceps ah 2003.” Well, all of it is true, just that Arnold split up with his wife Maria Shriver in 2011. Therefore, besides the marriage part, President Bush’s claims seemed reasonable.
