Jay Cutler is one of the most recognizable names in the bodybuilding circuit. With a career that spanned over two decades, Culter won 4 Mr. Olympia titles and several other Grand Prix trophies. But with that unmatched feat comes the odds. Significantly, just like any other bodybuilder, he too faced dreadful injuries while getting ready for the coveted stage of Mr. Olympia. Although that couldn’t meddle with his determination.

Mentioning the same event, the IFBB pro recently shared a video on his Instagram where he advised others that injuries can happen often, but that shouldn’t curb their determination. “Do not be afraid to get back in the gym,” wrote the 4-time Mr. Olympia in the caption.
