The couple first met in 2017 when “The Mountain” was in Alberta for a strongman competition. Henson was the one who approached Bjornsson for a selfie with the star. She was working as a waitress at that time. Soon the couple hit it off and wasted no time to get their happily ever after.

The two tied the knot at an intimate wedding in 2018. Since then, they have been each other’s support system and helped each other grow. Henson is now a fitness model. She has also helped “Thor” set up a power gym in Iceland.
