Fans’ epic reactions to a comparison of Big Ramy and Shaun Clarida’s physique

A fan commented, “Shaun Clarida all day long…” Further, the fan added, “ Better sculpture/art, and Mass per frame size, and compete full package, no damage, and regression like Ramy. Shaun just looks way better hands down who cares if he’s 100 lbs lighter. It’s about QUALITY, not quantity. Like Shawn Ray said Crystal clear in one of his interviews bigger is not always better.” On a similar note, another fan wrote, “Mass per frame size i prefer Shaun.”

While the above reactions indicate a preference for Shaun, other fans gave contrary views. One fan also wrote, Size matters. And all else equal…bigger is better. Hard to get used to the monstrous thighs though.” Another fan also posted, “Ofcourse rammy.” Along with this, a fan also surprisingly drew attention to the fact that Nick Walker was also a strong competitor. The fan posted, “None:) good bye to both of them! Happy retirement Hello Nick Walker!!!! Well done.”

Giving a mixed opinion about Shaun Clarida, one wrote, “Easy look at giant killer waist and quads way more desirable. Maybe chest is a low point for Shaun but is just the lbs difference.”  Another fan also gave a very unique comment, “1 Ramy Quad = 1 Clarida waist.”  Surprisingly, Clarida’s participation in the Arnold Classic 2023 received attention not only from fans but from the bodybuilding legend as well. In a recent episode of The Menace podcast, Dennis James made a bold statement about Clarida when he made an interesting comparison of Clarida with Ronnie Coleman.

Dennis James’s bold statement about Shaun Clarida

James stated, “He’s going to be so much better conditioned and he’s going to sneak in and he’s going to kill a few guys.”  He also implied the fact that Clarida had won in the 212 division in Olympia 2022, indicating Clarida could give tough competition for Arnold Classic 2023.

Another member involved in this discussion named Tony Doherty agreed with James. Doherty gave his opinion about the fact that Clarida was similar to Coleman due to his back’s conditioning. While James’s views are debatable, it is evident that Clarida will give stiff competition in the Arnold Classic 2023.
