Seven times Mr. Olympia winner Arnold Schwarzenegger has four kids with his ex-wife, Maria Shriver, and Katherine Schwarzenegger is the eldest. Recently, Katherine posted a story on her Instagram handle mentioning people and their drug addiction.

Katherine Schwarzenegger is one of New York’s bestselling authors and has a significant online presence. Katherine recently took over social media to promote her mother and sister’s Netflix documentary.

Maria shared her thoughts on the use of Xanax

Maria Shriver and Christina Schwarzenegger came together for producing the Netflix documentary, Take Your Pills: Xanax. Katherine Schwarzenegger shared her insight on using the pills in an Instagram story. She believed the number of people using the drug has substantially increased over the years.

She reposted Maria’s post and wrote, “So many people are taking Xanax/ addicted to it, and people’s anxiety levels have skyrocketed. This looks at the overprescribing of Xanax, the addiction and dependency of it, and most importantly, alternative ways to help anxiety that is drug free.”

Arnold Schwarzenegger surprised the man by replying to his message and encouraged him to start working out again. Arnold Schwarzenegger told him that everyone faces hard times, but the key is to take one step at a time and get over it.
