Bodybuilder and actor Lou Ferrigno once shared his training experience with the King of Pop Michael Jackson. The Thriller singer was adamant about Ferrigno training him to alleviate his chronic back pain. They both had a really great experience, and it was nothing new for Ferrigno, who knew Jackson before these training sessions.

Ferrigno, a two-time IFBB Mr. Universe winner, was diagnosed with 80–85% hearing loss when he was three years old. But that didn’t stop him from succeeding on his chosen path. He carved a name for himself in the world and was even there for Michael Jackson, as his long-time friend and personal trainer.
