The woman asked Arnie to uplift her friend who was progressing well save for her personal trainer at the gym who didn’t seem to be encouraging. To this, the former bodybuilder explained, “Some trainers like to crush people to prove they did something”. But some positive words from the former Mr. Olympia champion should be sufficient for anyone to perk up and pump it up!
