Arnold Schwarzenegger gives an important life lesson:

On 31st January 2023, legendary bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger took to his Instagram to share one of his newsletters. The theme of this edition was “limits.” In the post, Schwarzenegger gave a deep analysis of what he thinks about the idea of defining one’s limit. Sharing his beliefs, Schwarzenegger wrote, “I absolutely disagree with the idea that you can ever find your limits. You can find your current limit, but you will never find your actual limit.”

Furthermore, once again, he turned one of his gym experiences into a valuable life lesson. Schwarzenegger explained that for a beginner at the gym, lifting a bar might be the limit at first. However, after practice, one might be able to add two plates to it, thereby pushing their limits. Using his own story as an example, Schwarzenegger added, “I failed to bench press 500 pounds many times, but that didn’t mean my limit was 495. And I proved that when I finally benched 500 pounds.”
