His diet includes moderate protein, low fat, and carbs. In an interview earlier this year, he opened up on his unbelievable resistance from not falling prey to the cheat meal trend.

Jay Cutler shared the routine he has been following since the beginning

The discussion revolved around whether a bodybuilder can maintain a balance and they chatted about various aspects of being a champion and pursuing a career in the sport.

Sharing the challenges he faced, the interviewer said he couldn’t go out with friends, get drunk now and then or go out to a restaurant or hang out or go to movies. When asked how it was to Cutler, he replied, “I had the willpower of superman.” He also shared that he started with a diet on his refrigerator. He had six meals a day and followed them diligently.

Moreover, he never switched up the schedule at all like meal two with meal four. He ate the same foods at the same time every day. That’s not all! He said that he would monitor the results too.

Cutler maintains consistency

Cutler showed sincerity and consistency in his routine. He shared that he trained the same way and never missed his daily practice. Also, regarding hanging out with friends, the bodybuilder champion said he would go out and watch movies too. Besides, whenever he went to dinner, he would order plain chicken breast and baked potato.

He continued saying that he would choose restaurants and menus carefully allowing him to be a little restrictive with his nutrition as he is still following some sort of a guide.
