He is a Canadian IFBB professional bodybuilder. He hails from Ottawa, Ontario. Chris Bumstead recently got engaged to Courtney King. Courtney also excitedly shared her story of how Bumstead approached her for engagement on her YouTube channel. It was a wholesome moment to cherish for the power couple!

“I honestly had no clue,” Courtney said, and continued, “Because he just started his Olympia prep.” She didn’t even see it coming and is still surprised. It looks like Bumstead is full of surprises!

“We went to Arizona for this event so in Canada, he was like okay for your birthday when we’re in Arizona we’ll go to Sedona,” Courtney explained and continued, “And like have a little staycation.”

The staycation turned out to be the best opportunity that Bumstead took advantage of. He was surprisingly open and honest with her.

Back in 2018, the power couple made their relationship official. Since then, they have been supporting each other in every aspect of their lives.

In a recent YouTube video on Courtney’s channel, Bumstead revealed that his inspiration for his relationship was his parents’ relationship. Bumstead’s parents have been together for 40 years and are still together. This is a rare sight to see and adore. His parents got engaged after 5 years into their relationship, so he also thought it would be a perfect lucky number to go with.

Currently, Bumstead is getting ready for bodybuilding’s biggest stage. As he prepares for the upcoming Mr. Olympia, which is in a month. This time he is going all out, as he has his fiancee to support him in everything.
