All of us adore Lou Ferrigno for being a legendary bodybuilder. The icon also stole hearts by playing the character of the ‘Incredible Hulk’. While Lou may not have won the title of Mr. Olympia, he is widely regarded as one of the most iconic bodybuilders in history. Legends like him need to focus on body health and wellness, all the time.

However, sometimes things may not go as planned and could end up in a jeopardy. One cannot avoid accidents. Lou had to get himself to the hospital once, for something that wasn’t his fault. What had happened to the ‘Incredible Hulk’?

Lou Ferrigno and his pneumonia shot: Gone wrong!
In 2018, the legendary bodybuilder had gone to get his vaccine for pneumonia. However, his next update shocked his fans. The ‘Hulk’ ended up in the hospital for a wrongly administered vaccine. He had updated his fans about his condition on Twitter, asking his fans to take care while getting vaccines.
Went in for a pneumonia shot and landed up here with fluid in my bicep.

The star ended up with fluid in his bicep. In his tweet, he warned his fans to watch out for who administered their vaccine. He also advised checking for basic procedures like cleaning the area with a swab and using a fresh needle. These steps are necessary for proper vaccine administration. He assured his Twitter followers that he was doing okay.

They can train well and maintain their build for a long time, but they can also come across setbacks. In this case, Lou faced a setback in the form of a wrongly administered vaccine which can happen to anyone. Yet, the bodybuilder made the best out of the situation by giving useful advice and joking about the situation.
