The Arnold Classic 2023 saw unexpected drama on Friday, 3rd March 2023. Chad Nicholls’s son Dominic Nicholls threatened Shawn Ray at the Arnold Classic 2023 venue in Columbus. Using strong language, Nicholls warned him not to say anything about his father. A video shared by Muscular Development captures the entire confrontation accurately.

In the video, it seems that Ray is saying, “not again” as Dominic Nicholls approaches him, indicating how similar confrontations might have happened in the past. Chad Nicholls and Shawn Ray share a history of a feud where Ray also once implied that Nicholls was responsible for many bodybuilders’ deaths. Dressed in a grey shirt and white pants, Dominic Nicholls walked to Shawn Ray and gave him a stern warning. “I don’t want to see you say one more f*cking word about my fu*cking dad alright?” 

Continuing, he threatened, “Next time I see you, I’m going to kick your f*cking ass, got it?” Alright?” After hearing this threat, Ray refused to react and was silent. Post this, Nicholls walked away.
