Recently, Katherine Schwarzenegger shared some happy pictures with her husband, from their date night, on Instagram. Soon after, Maria Shriver took to the comments to express how content she felt looking at her daughter’s happy face.

Earlier this month, Katherine Schwarzenegger went on a movie date with her hubby, Chris Pratt. It was the premiere of Pratt’s recent gig with the Super Mario franchise. Sharing pictures from the Red carpet, Schwarzenegger wrote, “Mom and dad left the house for date night! So proud of you my love ♥.”

Proud of how happy her daughter looked, Maria commented, “You look so beautiful he looks so handsome you both. Look so happy I’m so happy for you both ❤.” Though the duo undoubtedly looks adorable together, Pratt wasn’t Katherine Schwarzenegger’s first choice when it came to the Chris’ in Hollywood.

Back in 2017, in one of her interviews, an interviewer had asked Katherine Schwarzenegger who would she choose among the three Chris of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. For the unversed, the options were Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, and Chris Pratt. Without a second thought, Kat had picked Captain America a.k.a. Chris Evans.

However, after some consideration, the author was quick to retract her answer. Then, instead of Evans, she chose who ultimately became her husband, Chris Pratt. She reasoned, “Chris Pratt has been looking good lately, so you never know.”

Looks like the eldest Schwarzenegger kid manifested her future in that interview. Seeing their kids have a peaceful and happy life is what every parent dreams of. Looking at the adorable pictures of the couple, it is understandable why Mama Shriver got emotional.
