The World’s Strongest Man 2023 lineup has gotten more interesting, with the addition of a veteran participant. Strongman Brian Shaw established himself as one of the top contenders of the championship. And now, the athlete has returned for his last round. This year’s championship will see a new and improved Shaw contesting for the title.
In a YouTube video from early January, Shaw posted his big prepping station, filled with various equipment. The athlete also mentioned how he had shifted many machines for ease. This was because he was mentally prepared to participate and train, to win the championship. But why was the athlete pushing himself this year?

For strongman Brian Shaw, 2022 had been busy with Shaw Classic – a charity Strongman competition that he organizes. After an effective break, and spending some time with family and friends, fans were eager to know what came next. To their surprise, Shaw had been mentally preparing himself and his gym for his next big step – the World’s Strongest Man 2023.

Having stood within the top 5 positions, Shaw now wanted to go for the gold. He believed that he could now focus better and shoot for the moon. In the video posted on his YouTube channel SHAWSTRENGTH, the 6’8 giant went forth, set up his gym, and prepared himself with an intense warmup. Throughout the video, he presented a wide variety of equipments that would help him get back on track.

After giving everything a thought, including his future goals, this year was going to be an ‘all or none’ situation for Shaw. The video, titled MY LAST WORLD’S STRONGEST MAN, is a testament to Shaw’s seriousness. “It is time to start prepping” Shaw declared. To give fans some more of their favorite Strongman, the athlete recently made an appearance at the Mr. Olympia 2022 championship.

Shaw made the biggest bodybuilders look tiny
The Mr. Olympia 2022 saw some of the most magnificent participants. Winners across various categories received the loudest cheers and applause. But it also got a hilarious twist when Brian Shaw went up on stage to felicitate the winners of the 212 category.

The 6’8 giant made the winners look small! Fans went berserk when Shaw got up on the stage and stood next to the bodybuilders. But even then, he was complimented for his form and physique.
