Goggins’s secret mantra

In a recently uploaded YouTube video from Incomparent, Goggins was seen talking about his journey and spilling the secret behind his toned body. “There is a secret. I developed a weight routine…So I pick a lightweight and I smoke out. So let’s say it’s bench press. You want to pick something that you can do over 100 times without stop it. If you want to stop, so your rest position is the up position”, shared the retired Navy person. “So you don’t rest it. So you know, like rack it, you don’t rack it, you rest up and you can only rest for 10 seconds. It literally was burning so much muscle. Like my muscle was just getting fatigued”, Goggins explained.

It was this extensive workout regime that helped him get rid of his weight. The public speaker shared how he used to start his day at 4:30 AM and sustained on a banana from breakfast to dinner. Then Goggins would hit the exercise bike for an hour, and this would be followed by 2 hours of swimming sessions. There was more – after this intense swimming time, he would train for three hours more.

His jaw-dropping routine made his fans go nuts, and they flocked to the comment section of the video to share their delight.
