Bodybuilding icon Chris Bumstead posted a video on his Youtube channel regarding his pre-workout meal. The meal was prepared by Bumstead’s girlfriend, Courtney King. He reviewed the meal as he was digging into it. The vlog that was posted six months ago also revealed a lot of things about his meal that his fans were eager to know.

The king of classic physiques, Chris Bumstead, hails from Ottawa, Ontario. He is the three-time consecutive Mr. Olympia Classic Physique winner since 2019. He has been defending the title for three years now and is ready for more. He also has a huge fanbase following him on all his social media. His fan base is really dedicated to him.

Being a professional bodybuilder, Chris Bumstead has to keep a lot of things on track while eating. Not only how healthy the food is, but also its calorie count and stuff.

“Most people look at ground turkey and say it looks like dog food it smells like dog food a lot of people say that,” Bumstead said. Bumstead’s cameraman also agreed with him as they both consume turkey daily.

“I’ve been doing a little bit less rice like a very small amount of less rice and a s**t ton of olive oil on every single one of my rice meals and it’s actually made my digestion better,” Bumstead talks about his daily meals.

He consumes 300 grams of white rice, plenty of olive oil, salt, and 190 grams of ground turkey. He also enjoys ketchup, which adds some extra flavor to the meal. This was all about the meal that Chris Bumstead has every day before taking his pre-workout.
