“It’s Not Your Moment”: Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Daughter Restricted Mother Maria Shriver From Talking About Her Personal Life in Public

Everyone is familiar with Arnold Schwarzenegger as a legendary bodybuilder, actor, politician, and businessman. But, even after his special, legendary status, the celebrity is a devoted father to his five kids. In addition, his kids respect him for being the ultimate father figure in their lives. 

His daughter Katherine, from time to time, has made the headlines in the news. However, she once warned her parents not to reveal a single detail regarding her life after her engagement. 

Katherine’s warning for Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria

In 2019, as the love birds Katherine and Chris Pratt got engaged, Katherine wanted to keep things private. However, her parent’s life has always been in the limelight. Her warnings for her parents came to light during an interview with Arnold. 

Host Mario Lopez asked for insights into the Austrian Oak’s daughter’s wedding. Replying to this, Arnold stated, “That was really fantastic. She is so happy; they both are so happy. As I said to him, he is such a likable guy. I love Chris—he’s fantastic. They both look really great together, they’re both happy together, so I wish them both the best of luck.”

Meanwhile, before him, Maria stated on a show that “She’s(Katherine’s) super happy.” However, she added, “And (she)gave me very strict instructions not to talk about it. She said, ‘It’s not your moment.’ I’m like, ‘I’m clear.’ I gave her that line!” 

Even though she wanted to keep her wedding private, Chris shared the pictures of the rings.  

Arnold’s part in Katherine and Pratt’s life

As Schwarzenegger gave a green signal to the couple, Chris and Katherine got engaged in January and married in June 2019. Now the couple is blessed with two beautiful daughters. Even Arnold has shared his first experience of holding his granddaughters for the first time. Meanwhile, it’s funny how Katherine was scared when the doctors handed Arnold her daughter. 

Arnold and Chris share a close bond and fit the perfect picture of the father-in-law and son-in-law frame. However, this is not the first marriage of Pratt, as he got first married in 2008 to actress Anna Faris.
