Ronnie Coleman ruled the Olympia stage for nearly a decade. The bodybuilding legend the Mr. Olympia title eight times consecutively. Despite piling on muscle, Coleman stayed relatively lean and shredded. Hence it’s safe to say that the Louisiana native has decades of experience managing weight. At 58, after multiple surgeries, Coleman is unable to do cardio. However, according to the former Mr. Olympia, he has found a way to shed some extra pounds. He recently shared his “perfect remedy” with his six million Instagram followers.

Earlier, the eight-time Mr. Olympia posted a video on Instagram. In the video, Coleman greeted all his fans and said he could help those who put on a few extra pounds during the holidays. However, he also told those who a skeptical about the method to give it a try.

In the video, the former bodybuilding champion revealed a product that has helped him burn fat effectively during workouts. In the caption, Coleman said those who gained a few extra pounds after “a lot of eating” during the holidays could benefit from the product since it helps burn excess fat. “I’ve been using for about 7 years now,” wrote the bodybuilding icon.

Coleman revealed the product is the Shrink Toning Lotion. According to Coleman, one needs to take a small amount of the lotion and rub it on the abdomen. After they’ve done so, the next step would be to wait for a few minutes for the area to get heated up. The last step would be to perform some cardio after putting on a waist belt.

“It’s been working wonders for me and my abs,” said Coleman. “There will always be doubters but for those who believe in me and my word, please give it try,” added Coleman. The former Mr. Universe also said the cream heats the abdomen fast, and first-time users don’t have to worry.

How fans reacted to the video

While the former Mr. Olympia told fans to try the product, many were not convinced. Many fans commented on the video, asking Coleman not to promote the product. Fans wrote comments like, “C’mon mannnnn,” and “Bills gotta be paid!” However, some veteran fans came to Coleman’s defense and said they saw him use similar products in training videos from the 90s.

Coleman also promoted the Shrink Toning Lotion in September last year. However, people had also given mixed reactions back then.
