While the field of bodybuilding is full of style, there are certain setbacks. One of the main concerns is the amount of hard work one has to do to achieve a certain goal. Whether it is to increase their body size or define their muscles, bodybuilding calls for intense changes. Champions like Jay Cutler have often talked about this.

Jay Cutler is a 4x Mr. Olympia winner who famously defeated Ronnie Coleman. While he retired long ago, his experience always reflects while talking about bodybuilding. The legend once spoke about various supplements that bodybuilders use to enhance their bodies and the way they look.

Getting bigger with Jay Cutler

Bodybuilding has evolved over the years. From veterans like Frank Zane to new-generation members like Chris Bumstead, the field has changed its standards. Although there have been concerns about body safety measures, Cutler assured that there are only a few exceptions to it. In an interview, he explained that while bodybuilding might have certain ‘freaks’, who focused on becoming as big as possible, not all athletes played that game.

However, the icon simultaneously confessed to being one of those exceptions. He talked about how his desire to win made him want to get bigger. He confessed, “I am a victim of becoming bigger than what I probably should have been, but I needed to absolutely win.”
