According to Joey Swoll, one of three possibilities should never be an option

On February 5, Swoll tweeted his opinion about exploiting inexperienced lifters. “If you see someone in the gym that has bad form or doesn’t know what they’re doing, you have two options,” wrote Swoll in his tweet. The bodybuilding coach gave the concerned and experienced lifter one option. “Option 1: Offer nicely to help teach them,” wrote the influencer.

He gave another option to those who won’t get concerned if they spot someone lifting with bad form. “Option 2: Mind your own business and leave them alone.” However, Joey Swoll also revealed what’s “NEVER an option.” He said no one should film “them (new/inexperienced lifters) to post online to make fun of them.” According to Swoll, such practices are exploitative, and the victim often has no idea they are being filmed.

It’s normal and doesn’t make them a creep.” Swoll said in a video reacting to the incident. Even seven-time Mr. Olympia Arnold Schwarzenegger has praised Joey Swoll on Twitter and in his newsletter.
