While many fans expected Nick Walker to win the Arnold Classic 2023, they were stunned by The Mutant’s loss to Samson Dauda. Reacting to this defeat, while devastated fans gave strong reactions, others have even indicated foul play. In his recent Instagram Story, Walker also shared fans’ shocked reactions to his defeat. 

Not only this, reactions of fans feeling dejected over Walker’s defeat poured in after he shared a recent Instagram post of his amazing physique. While some bodybuilding fans criticized the judging, other fans hinted at how Walker was robbed of his title. So, what happened at the Arnold Classic 2023 that triggered fans to give such intense reactions? Read on to find out!

In the first callout, Nick Walker was called along with Shaun Clarida, Samson Dauda, Andrew Jacked, and Big Ramy. The pre-judging round displayed Walker’s conditioning and perfect package, reacting to which, many fans felt confident that he would win the Arnold Classic 2023.

Later, in the second callout, Kamal Ergagni, William Bonac, Akim Williams, Justin Rodriguez, and Patrick Moore were called out. Out of these, only William Bonac and Akim Williams impressed the judges and were called in the third callout along with Mamdouh Elssbiay and Shaun Clarida. After this, there was the final callout which proved to be the game-changer. 

Nick Walker Shows Off His Quads Three Weeks Out of Arnold Classic 2023

In this last callout, Nick Walker, Andrew Jacked, and Samson Dauda were called. Posing, Walker gave a glimpse of his well-formed biceps, abdominal muscles, and quads, indicating his perfect physique. Strangely, many news agencies like Flex TV and Nick’s Strength and Power praised Walker and criticized Samson Dauda’s physique. While there was a view that Walker would win the contest, Samson Dauda’s victory deeply saddened millions of Walker’s fans. Stunned, The Mutant’s fans made strong comments. 

Nick Walker’s fans had lumps in their throats as he slipped into the 2nd position 

A fan strongly reacted, “THIS IS WHY BODYBUILDING JUDGING IS B*LLS**T. 2 FAR SUPERIOR CONDITIONED GUYS LOSE TO A SOFT, WATER HOLDING LOAF. GTFOH. KILL YOURSELF FOR WHAT?” 

Later, another fan commented, “Sorry BUT this was 1st place last night. Idc what judges say, @nick walker 39 was definition of pure open bodybuilding. Best conditioning, most muscle, best hardness and won every back and side shots by a ton.” 

With this, fans also gave intriguing reactions to Walker’s recent Instagram post. A fan posted, “Came in the freakiest, the most peeled head to toe. The Arnold just always prefers aesthetics over the best actual bodybuilder. Don’t ever go back bro, they are making money off your name and brand while discrediting your work.”

Another criticized the judging, and said, “Judges don’t know how to judge in Olympia they favor condition and in this Arnold they totally changed.”  Post this, another fan wrote, “Samson was nowhere as conditioned as you, really poor decision by the judges.” A fan also stated, “You are the champion in our eyes. You were robbed our champ.”
