Retired four-time Arnold Classic winner Flex Wheeler is now a training coach at Flex Wheeler coaching. As a regular Instagram user, Wheeler recently posted a video wherein he appeared to be leaving after calling it a day. While he looked particularly in a relaxed state, what grabbed the attention of most people was a weapon tucked into his track pants. Here’s more delving into it.

On March 23rd, 2023, Flex was spotted carrying a gun along with him in a video. He posted a video on his Instagram account where the legend was seen getting ready to leave the gym. However, what grabbed people’s attention was a small pistol tucked in his lower. While it is not illegal to carry a concealed weapon in the state of California with the proper permits, many fans were left puzzled and concerned by his actions.

The incident quickly made its way to social media, where fans expressed their shock. “Legend!!! But is that a pew-pew there?”, a fan commented. Seeing the former Arnold Classic winner with a weapon wasn’t a regular scene for fans.  A fan wrote, “Why have you got a gun though? That’s mad weird”.  Many people questioned why someone like Flex, who is known for his dedication to health and fitness, would feel the need to bring a gun to the gym. “Why do you practice armed!?”, a fan asked.
