For a mother of three, this might seem like an impossible task. However, a 41-year-old mother has gone against all odds to win not just one but ten different bodybuilding titles in a single year. Gwynedd’s Lisa Capper used the Covid-19 lockdown as an advantage to accomplish this height.

However, when the Covid-19 locked restrictions were stated in Gwynedd, the female bodybuilder took advantage of the quarantine. Capper decided to train at her home, and as soon as the lockdown got lifted, she shed more weight in the gym.

Talking about the journey with Dailypost UK, Capper revealed, “It has taken a lot of dedication. I was getting up at six to train, going to work, trying to get 10,000 steps in a day, and doing cardio, as well as training in the evenings. It was worth it, but it can be grueling, especially when you throw the kids into the mix as well.

In just a year, the mother of three has gone on to win ten bodybuilding titles. But Capper is not going to stop here. Talking about her future competitions, she said, “I have also qualified for NAC worlds next year, the NABBA British finals next year, and the IBFA British finals next year.
