In the next part of the video, Krizo again shows himself working on his biceps. However, this time he does concentration curls on a machine. The concentration curl machine is one the most effective ways of training the biceps as it isolates the bicep muscles. Unlike standing dumbbell curls, concentration curls prevent the anterior delts or elbow position from interfering with strict form.

Krizanek keeps doing the concentration curls until he reaches failure, like the cable curls in the first part of the video. The Slovakian is aware that his arms are arguably his best assets and is working hard to grow them even more. The IFBB pro captioned the post, “Biceps pump… baby biceps.” Fans who saw a video are convinced Krizo can win it all.
