Ronnie Coleman established acclivitous dominance as a bodybuilder. He won eight Mr. Olympia titles consecutively from 1998 to 2005. Throughout his career, he competed against great bodybuilders and triumphed over them consistently. His prowess was such that whenever he would step on stage, it would leave the audience in complete awe of his routine.

One of the common traits among ultra-successful people is their discipline. Ronnie was very disciplined with his approach to bodybuilding despite having to struggle with injuries. One of the fruits of his struggle was that he earned the money to own some of the biggest and best machines on the road.

Ronnie Coleman flaunts the details of his luxury car

It is no secret that Ronnie Coleman is a car enthusiast. Ronnie owned many luxury cars. The legendary bodybuilder customized his cars to make them an entity exclusive to him. Such customizations made his fans curious to know more about his car collections. Ronnie revealed the details of his luxury Cadillac when a celebrity car magazine visited him.

When ‘Celebrity Car’ visited Ronnie’s house, there were two luxury Cadillac Escalades in his garage. Coleman revealed that he used those cars for his regular usage. Ronnie even had an EXT four-door luxury pickup, which he won as a part of his Mr. Olympia prize.

Notably, the legendary bodybuilder had customized the interior of his Cadillac to a great extent, according to his liking. Explaining the details of the upgrades and customization in his car, he said, “I have five TVs in there. Two in the back row, two in the middle row, and one in the dashboard. You can watch different things on them.”

Coleman also had a great audio system installed, that would just amplify his traveling experience. He revealed that he spent $15,000 on the audio-visual system in his car.

Ronnie’s bodybuilding career

Ronnie Coleman revealed in Joe Rogan’s podcast that he started to train to become a bodybuilder at the age of 24. However, he would work out ever since he was a teenager. He played football in his college days for the GSU Tigers as a middle linebacker. Ronnie’s shift to professional bodybuilding was when he was working as a police officer in the Arlington Police Department.

One of his colleagues suggested that he should try bodybuilding as he already had a muscular body due to a prior workout. However, his rise in bodybuilding was relatively slow compared to other bodybuilders.

Even though Ronnie won, Mr. Texas in 1990, he could not ace other major bodybuilding competitions during the initial years of his career. He participated in Mr. Olympia for the first time in 1992. Ronnie had several failed attempts to achieve a top-five position in the contest until 1998 when he won the contest for the first time.

Ronnie defeated Kenneth “Flex” Wheeler, who was expected to win the contest, by three points. After that, Ronnie remained unbeaten for eight years straight. His staunch rival, Jay Cutler, ended his winning streak in the 2006 edition of Mr. Olympia.
