IFBB pro bodybuilder Michal “Krizo” Krizanek has been creating a lot of ‘buzz’ lately. The Slovakian bodybuilder qualified for his first Mr. Olympia championship in October and has been training hard for the event. Krizo has stunned the bodybuilding world a few times with his insane physique and workout regime. Even the legendary Jay Cutler has backed Krizo as one of the most promising upcoming bodybuilders. Recently, the bodybuilding phenom posted a picture on social media that left fans stunned on the Internet.
The bodybuilder took it to another level with his recent “ripped” picture on Instagram. It has made the fans believe that Krizo might actually win his first Mr. Olympia title.

Michal Krizo is here to win!
Although this is Krizo‘s first Mr. Olympia appearance, he is not taking it easy. The 290 lbs bodybuilder, who gained his entry after winning the Prague Pro competition, has become one of the fan favorites due to his toned and symmetrical body.
With just five days to go for the 2022 Mr. Olympia, Krizo shared his recent update on Instagram. The 2021 Arnold Classic Europe winner posted a picture of him at the gym and captioned it, “5 days 💪💪💪”

After Krizo posted the picture, bodybuilding fans and followers were stunned by his latest update and near-perfect body structure. They could not but flood the comments section with their excited reactions.

Like several other bodybuilders, Krizo has also been updating his fans about his 2022 Mr. Olympia journey via YouTube. A few days ago, the Prague Pro winner shared his deadly chest workout.
The bodybuilding beast had shocked his subscribers with the intense level of training. In the video, the bodybuilder was seen working out for hours in the gym, with just a few small breaks in between. Krizo’s muscled perfect body symmetry has made him one of the top competitors for the 2022 Mr. Olympia competition.
