Samir Bannout’s honest take on Michal Krizo’s freakishly impressive arms
Samir Bannout is a veteran IFBB Pro Bodybuilder who won the 1983 Mr. Olympia title. In a YouTube video, he tells Trigli and Hansen, what he honestly thinks of Krizo’s arms. He said, “Krizo’s arms are just beautiful”, bestowing a richly-deserved compliment to the Slovak’s biceps. Bannout was taking this discussion forward from the talk on Nick Walker and Big Rami’s arms, and comparing it to that of Krizo’s. He initially said, “Rami’s got a good arm too, but I like Krizo’s arms. Nick Walker has a huge arm, but Krizo has a prettier arm”.

His views on Krizo’s arms were unanimously agreed upon by Trigli and Hansen. In fact, Trigli had even compared Krizo with Lee Priest and more cartoonishly to Popeye if Popeye was 6 ft tall. Krizo without any doubt has the biggest arms in the competition, but what might affect him in the long run of the contest is his back.

Bannout had collected all opinions from his fellow hosts to confirm his prediction about Krizo. He said, “So if we are going for Krizo in the arms, his shoulders unbelievable and scary, and the legs flow and it’s got a small middle section, so I don’t see why this guy is not going to be in the Top 3 or Top 4. You see him be a big threat man”. Bannout’s analysis of Krizo was welcomed by all and it could just prove to be true.
Michal Krizo also has a more complete flow to his overall body since his legs match his upper body. Even 4-time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler was stunned by his transformation.
