Trying out Arnold Schwarzenegger’s workout routine
For Aseel completing celebrity workouts and diet plans is a regular job. But when he stepped into the shoes of Arnold for a day, all he felt was extreme pain. In the video shared, Aseel is seen attempting Mr. Olympia’s training blueprint.

Trying to encompass Arnold’s training regime in one day, he said, “I’m only gonna do one set.” During the session, he targeted all muscle groups, including the back, chest, shoulders, legs, and arms. The entire workout routine comprised 20 exercises. Starting with Arnold’s favorite exercise, the fitness enthusiast confessed, “I will literally not be able to move for three weeks if I did three sets of every exercise we’re going through today.”

As he gradually moved on to the arms, it was visible that he was struggling. Towards the end of the video, he even revealed that seeing Arnold’s leg routine, he was literally terrified. As he moved to a different gym to access other machines to complete his goal, the YouTuber commented, “I’m beginning to feel like I need to cry, sh*t, bleed, and throw up all at the same time.”

Standing tall at 6’2″, the workout routine of the seven times Mr. Olympia champion was anything but insane. With a 57″ chest, 34″ waist, and 22″ arms, the 235 lbs Arnold had already set benchmarks that even people from the present generation fail to cross.
