“I Will Not Be Doing Arnold This Year”: Most Famous Mr. Olympia 2022, 277 Pounds Heavy Bodybuilder Shockingly Out of Arnold Classic 2023

Being the people’s choice award winner at Mr. Olympia 2022 wasn’t enough for Nick Walker. Since he finished third this season, the champion vowed to work on himself harder and one can expect to see a new version of the star next season. But for now, fans had many questions for the bodybuilder post the championship, and he answered them in an interactive session.

One of the recurring questions was what were the champion’s plans for Arnold. And as tempted as he felt to show off his gains one more time, Walker had a piece of bad news for his fans.

Despite being the popular choice of people, Nick Walker did not win the title. From comments posted by fans and judges, it looked like Walker still had some work to do. Nevertheless, it was a good night for the champion as he walked away with not one, but two prestigious awards – the second runner-up medal and the People’s Choice Award. Sure, it wasn’t what he was going for but it was huge regardless. Since the championship ended, Walker interacted with fans to answer some burning questions.

Fans immediately asked Walker when he would be competing again. Since Arnold Classic is a contest for bodybuilders to show off their gains and build, they were hoping to get a glimpse of him. However, to everyone’s disappointment, Walker announced that he won’t be competing at the Arnold Classic the next year.

“I will not be doing Arnold this year” announced Walker. He went on to explain that he wanted some time to rest and prepare for the next Olympia. While his focus lies mainly on the next big championship, he expressed that he needed some time to improve as much as possible.

This year’s Mr. Olympia ended with amazement and pomp as many new champions emerged. Iranian bodybuilder Hadi Choopan was declared the winner while the reigning champion Big Ramy stood fifth.
