Arnold Schwarzenegger shares his advice for the people
Every year on 11th November, the United States honors military veterans. The day marks a public holiday and is observed annually. On the social eve, Arnold joined in on the celebration. He posted a special video to commemorate the occasion. As visible in the reel, he was honoring the veterans with a special barbeque with ‘Village for Vets’, an organization dedicated to homeless Veterans in Los Angeles County seeking stability and independence.

Sharing his advice, Arnold wrote, “This Veteran’s Day, thank a veteran. I mean, really thank one. No bullshit. I mean more than posting a flag on social media and saying – thank you for your service.” He further advises the people to “Go out, find a veteran, and buy them a coffee or a meal.”

He also added that if someone does not have money, they should “Sit down and have a real conversation (with the veteran).” He reiterates that “All of you can have an impact.” Arnie encourages one and all to share their good work on social media by concluding, “Once you actually do something, then can post about that and inspire others.” However, this is not the first time that Arnold has shared his advice.

As a professional bodybuilder who won seven Mr. Olympian titles, Arnold knows the pros and cons of the sport. Sharing his advice to young bodybuilders, he spoke about the best ways to build muscles. He advises aspiring bodybuilders to take pictures of their fitness in order to track progress first-hand.
