This woman got her confidence back

Killeen grew up as an athlete playing lacrosse and volleyball. Shortly after she turned 16, she was in college and had to work many jobs. Eventually, her health and fitness took a backseat. Amidst her busy schedule, she had terrible nightmares. Additionally, her toxic relationship led Killen to lose control of herself who staggered in her confidence thereafter. She didn’t care for herself and frequently suffered breakdowns. Killeen was 207 lbs when one day she woke up and decided to turn her life around. This materialized as she joined the gym.

In a recent YouTube short from her channel, the health junkie videotaped her transformation. “Nobody can tell me s**t because this is my before and after”, she captioned the post. She definitely raised a few eyebrows when she lost 70 pounds. The video was a collection of a few “before” pictures she looked quite chubby. As the video progressed, she was seen holding a dumbbell and looked shredded.

Killeen had to flip her lifestyle upside down to celebrate the reflection she gets to view in the mirror. Initially, she came across a few apps that helped her stick to an effective diet and guided her with suitable workouts. After a while, since 2017, Killen started to see noticeable changes in her physique that boosted her confidence for the better.
