

Starting his career in bodybuilding at the age of 15, Arnold Schwarzenegger, has come a long way. With time, the Austrian Oak, became an actor in blockbuster movies. Thereafter, he went on to become the Governor of California, and turned into amovie director as well. Then, in 1992, Arnold dropped a bomb on television for his fans.

The bomb was a movie named, Christmas in Connecticut. It was a remake of a 1945’s film with the same name. The movie had actors like Dyan Cannon, Kris Kristofferson, and Tony Curtis, in the lead roles. Once during an interview, Dyan Cannon, shared how scared she was when she saw Arnold’s picture.
Dyan appreciating Arnold Schwarzenegger
During an old interview with Oprah Winfrey, Arnold was gushing about his movies and the action scenes. Oprah, also a friend of Arnold, invited Dyan to the show’s set. Schwarzenegger welcomed Cannon with a warm clapping session.

Dyan was also known for her outstanding personality and sassy movie script-picking skills. As she came, Oprah asked about Arnold, who directed her in one movie. She replied, “I said wait a minute, no, not the terminator pushing me around. No way this big hunky man who plays those kinds of. I thought how this is a sensitive kind of fragile wonderful rompy comedy, and I was I was scared about it. I really was, and I was absolutely delighted.”
Further, Cannon added, “You know I have been watching two of you talk, and I have been listening, and I tell you why I think Arnold is the biggest. Because not only does he encompass the qualities of manhood which we see evidenced in pictures like the Terminator and Conan, but he knows and practices sensitivity.” With this, Dyan stated some more hallmarks of Arnold and his magnificent personality.
The long list of Arnold’s splendid career
Apart from Christmas in Connecticut, the Governator also directed Tales from the Crypt. This show was aired two years back in 1990, before Dyan’s Connecticut series. Arnie started his heroic career in Hollywood in 1970, with the movie, Hercules in New York. His appearance in the movie made his work during his bodybuilding career reach a new level. Even in the movie, Schwarzenegger was addressed as the Mr. Universe title holder.

After so many years, the Austrian Oak is still active in Hollywood. His recent film was the blockbuster franchise, Terminator: Dark Fate; in 2022, Arnie appeared in Kung Fury 2. Apart from this, Schwarzenegger is working on his upcoming Netflix project named, UTAP.
