Working out at the Gold’s Gym at 75 proves Arnold Schwarzenegger is indeed a fitness freak. Recently, Schwarzenegger met Nadia Comaneci at the Gold’s Gym. A Romanian gymnastics champion, Comaneci had once helped to train the bodybuilding champion. Comaneci also posted a heartwarming photo on social media of the recent meeting.

Comaneci posted a photo of a meetup with the Austrian Oak on Twitter on 5th February 2023, where she met Schwarzenegger during an early gym workout in an outdoor setting. Before this, Comaneci had also uploaded another memorable picture with Schwarzenegger on Twitter.

The photo shared depicts Schwarzenegger in a blue shirt and pants. The words ‘ELITE ORTHOSPORT PERFORMANCE’ are written on the shirt. Comaneci is dressed in a short top, a black jacket, and blue jeans. The picture portrays them standing close, and Comaneci is smiling.

This post points out how Schwarzenegger and Comaneci have known each other for years. With this post, a resurfaced video of the same day unfolds exciting details of how the Austrian Oak and Comaneci trained together. This video was shared by Schwarzenegger on his Twitter account on the same date. 

The Austrian Oak’s rigorous workout under Comaneci’s brief supervision 

In the Twitter video shared by Schwarzenegger, the Austrian Oak is exercising his arms on a machine, and Comaneci is counting. Schwarzenegger does ten perfect reps that Comaneci counts. Later, laughing, Comaneci then says that ten is her lucky number.

After this count, Schwarzenegger left his equipment and gave her a high-five. Then embracing her in a friendly way, the Austrian Oak proudly stated that Comaneci was his training partner on that day.
