In November, the Canadian bodybuilder engaged to his long-term girlfriend. The lovely couple shared their beautiful engagement pictures with fans on their Instagram account.

However, in one of his recent stories, Bumstead shared a meme on his Instagram stories that he is not King’s fiance but her “brosecco”. The meme read like this, “He’s only your fiance if he comes from the Fiance region of France. Otherwise he’s just your sparkling boyfriend. A brosecco.” Bumstead shared this story and tagged his fiance, and captioned it “#BROSECCO”.

Brosecco is a famous Canadian company that produces sparkling wines. In reply to Bumstead’s tag, King reposted the meme on her story and wrote, “my brosecco of a man.”

Bumstead had a crush on the former Ms. Olympia, but King was the one to slide into Mr. Olympia’s DMs. However, Bumstead’s DMs were flooded with texts from various people, as had just become a runner-up at the mega contest. Hence, he ignored his now fiance’s text for a while. But later, the two met each other in person and soon fell in love.
