With the reigning champion, mammoth Mamdouh Elssbiay A.K.A Big Ramy giving a tough fight and becoming the popular first choice on “Who’s next?”, the narrative of Mr. Olympia 2022 has been “Who can beat Big Ramy?” instead of “Who will win the title?” Phil Heath, 7 x Mr. Olympia is no different. However, he makes a valid point. He talks about the only way to beat the reigning champion.
