Going to the gym at the age of 59, Ronnie Coleman understands how people can have false perceptions. Recently, Coleman shared a post by Joey Swoll who crushed one such false perception. The post also gave an important message about what people must do to end this stereotype.

The post was originally shared by Joey Swoll on his Twitter account on January 13th, 2023. Swoll is a fitness trainer who regularly posts fitness videos and inspiring tweets. Coleman also gave a heartwarming reaction to agree with the positive post and shared it on his Instagram Story.

The tweet read, “If you’re new to the gym and need help please ask the big “scary” men and women you see.”  This tweet also mentioned, “The truth is we are some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet and we LOVE to help others.” Swoll also implied that it was a great feeling for bodybuilders to teach someone and share their knowledge.

Also, Joey Swoll reposted this tweet on his Instagram handle in January 2023 with a heartfelt caption. The caption read, “I promise you 9 out of 10 we’re the nicest people you’ll ever meet…. It’s a brother/sisterhood!” Needless to say, Swoll is highlighting how the gym is a community where the majority of the people are approachable.

However, this wasn’t the first time when Joey Swoll’s post has received reactions from famous bodybuilders. Swoll had posted this update about a surgery he had done to correct genetic irregularities. After this post, various bodybuilders such as Jay Cutler, Fouad’ Hoss’ Abaid and Miloš Šarčev expressed their concerns about the recovery.

Later, surprisingly, Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son Joseph Baena also gave his reaction to Joey Swoll’s post. Baena wrote, “Heal up brother, sending prayers for your recovery!” These concerns from the bodybuilding world reflect Joey Swoll’s huge popularity.
