The two exercises were the belt squat and the prisoner squat. In the former exercise, a belt is tied around the waist which is then chained to a load. To perform this squat, the person takes the help of the pillars of the machine to maintain balance. Whereas in the prisoner squat, the arms are positioned in a way that restricts themselves behind the head. This aids in maintaining balance.

Back in 2022, Simeon Panda shared a video featuring the UFC legend, Anderson Silva. Silva demonstrated some tricks from his book to the bodybuilder. The video started with Silva introducing the basic three-strike combinations to Panda. Furthermore, he taught him how to use his jabs. He stressed that the jab should be used to limit the forward movement. It can be done by aiming at the chest instead of the chin.

Moreover, Silva shed light on the philosophy of martial arts. He said that the purpose of this form is not to hurt people. Rather, it is to understand the skills and take control of the body.
