Arnold Schwarzenegger has proved to be a big bundle of energy. From being a former Mr. Olympia to starring in multiple movies, the icon has juggled many roles throughout his life. To date, he finds time to act or participate in political activities while trying to stay fit. There is nothing that this beast can’t do.

Unfortunately, Arnie was born with a rare heart condition and had to undergo multiple heart surgeries. He was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect that made it difficult for the heart to pump blood. The legend had to undergo valve replacement surgeries. However, he once revealed how these surgeries had benefited him.
Arnold Schwarzenegger opened up about energy levels after surgery
In an interview, the Austrian Oak spoke about his acting stint while recovering from surgery. As an actor, Arnold performed stunts that put him at high risk. But turns out, the legend was more than happy to be doing his work. He revealed how his energy levels improved after the surgery. The star also felt the difference since he grew up with low energy levels. He explained, “It was a problem I had from birth so I never knew that I was lacking some energy.“

While going through a valve replacement isn’t easy on the body, Arnold made it look like a cakewalk. He preferred doing stunts and physical action. Therefore, the surgery and its benefits played out well for him. In fact, his surgeon added that his energy levels will be boosted by 1/5th of what he previously had.

Arnold mentioned how he preferred the physical aspect of acting. He loved to perform stunts and grab the audience’s attention. The legend is so passionate about acting that he swore to continue working till his body’s limits. This passion reflects his love for his work. While the star might still be at risk, his dedication wins over everything else.
