He was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect that made it difficult for the heart to pump blood. The legend had to undergo valve replacement surgeries. However, he once revealed how these surgeries had benefited him.

In an interview, the Austrian Oak spoke about his acting stint while recovering from surgery. As an actor, Arnold performed stunts that put him at high risk. But turns out, the legend was more than happy to be doing his work. He revealed how his energy levels improved after the surgery. The star also felt the difference since he grew up with low energy levels. He explained, “It was a problem I had from birth so I never knew that I was lacking some energy.

While going through a valve replacement isn’t easy on the body, Arnold made it look like a cakewalk. He preferred doing stunts and physical action. Therefore, the surgery and its benefits played out well for him. In fact, his surgeon added that his energy levels will be boosted by 1/5th of what he previously had.
