He even revealed his intake percentages for better understanding. Gaspari also shed light on how bodybuilders can get the perfect body without starving themselves.

Rich Gaspari reprimands the new bodybuilders

On 15th February 2023, Rich Gaspari posted a self-recorded video on his Instagram. In this video, he opened up about the realization he was hit with after talking to some “decent bodybuilders” at the gym. In the caption, he wrote, “I talk to many bodybuilders and it seems they under eat and don’t understand that nutrition is 70-80% of what is needed to understand and follow for success.”

Furthermore, he added that there is no quick fix in training or drugs that will build quality muscle. It is only through proper nutrition and consistency that one can achieve it. Revealing his diet, Gaspari added, “I follow a 35% protein, 45% carbs and 20% fat in my macros and make sure I stay away from refined carbs and stay gluten free.” He went on to list down the items he consumes for each of the abovementioned nutrients.

Suggesting what the bodybuilders should do, he wrote, “You have to eat 5-6 meals a day And eat every 2-3 hours to slowly increase your metabolism…If your eating less your slowing your metabolism and starving your body.” The ageless king never holds back from revealing his secrets.

Rich Gaspari has a weekly podcast named Fitness, Fame & Fortune. In the latest episode of this podcast, Gaspari revealed his anti-aging secret. He believes that aging accelerates after the age of 45. While Gaspari understands there is no way to stop it, he asserts that one can slow it down.

Gaspari named some compounds that he believes help curb the process of aging. The two compounds were growth hormones and testosterone. According to the bodybuilder, a balance between these compounds and weight training will help slow it down.
