In his recent Instagram post, Chris Hemsworth shared a total of four exercises to execute a wholesome core workout. The actor posted two pictures in a carousal showing each exercise and also added a caption, “Get up. Get outside. Take in the fresh air and get some work in.” He motivated his followers to try out the exercises shown by him. Let’s take a look at them.

The first workout on Hemsworth’s list was 20 reps of Cross-body mountain climbers. The core-strengthening exercise concentrates on the abdominal region. It also improves upper body strength and brings stability to the chest, shoulders, and triceps areas.

20-reps of Kick Sits were next on the actor’s list. This exercise targets the crucial muscles like transverse abdominis, rectus abdominis, and internal and external obliques in the abdominal region of the body.

Hemsworth also indicated fans to perform the workout four times along with 20-second rest after completing each set.
