In a recent Instagram post shared by Lou Ferrigno, the former IFBB professional added one of his photos along with a quote. It read, “I don’t always take a rest day, but when I do it’s to give the weights a day off”. Quite a personality! Indeed, the Hulk, in his prime, had a marvelous physique with an unmatched torso. Ferrigno focused on how to work hard, to make his triceps appear better than before. However, in this throwback picture, he looked young and huge; a man who could readily outrank anyone.
