Besides being a holder of the coveted Mr. Universe trophy, Lou Ferrigno was the most sought-after celebrity of his time. His outstanding portrayal of the Roman God Hercules in a movie under the same name, and the Marvel Comics character, Hulk, made him a household name. Ferrigno was also part of the famed docudrama Pumping Iron (1977), featured next to Arnold Schwarzenegger. Even now, at the age of 71, Ferrigno continues to thrive as a bodybuilder with his ripped physique.
Recently, Ferrigno posted a picture on his social media platform with a caption that depicted his strong physicality. Indeed, his fans couldn’t resist and took to the comments section to pen their thoughts.

In a recent Instagram post shared by Lou Ferrigno, the former IFBB professional added one of his photos along with a quote. It read, “I don’t always take a rest day, but when I do it’s to give the weights a day off”. Quite a personality! Indeed, the Hulk, in his prime, had a marvelous physique with an unmatched torso. Ferrigno focused on how to work hard, to make his triceps appear better than before. However, in this throwback picture, he looked young and huge; a man who could readily outrank anyone.
