In addition, a fan penned an adorable confession. She wrote, “I was struggling with an eating disorder, and seeing you made me realize that strong muscular women are more beautiful than stick figure models. I learned I could lift weights and eat too!” The 65-year-old veteran stepped in to give a suitable reply. The legend advised, “the best thing you can do for yourself is focus your training on being healthy and feeling great and throw away the thinking you have to look a certain way. More bodybuilders, both men and women, fitness girls , models have struggled with body dysmorphia. Disordered eating leads nowhere, except having health problems and depression and oftentimes failed relationships. Please, I ask you, get help if you need it, but the change starts with you. Love you sweetheart.”
