Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson became a household name when he debuted in the HBO series Game of Thrones. Famously known as “The Mountain” or Strongman, Björnsson is one of the most muscular men in the world. Björnsson stands as tall as 6’9″ and weighs around 452 pounds. Besides maintaining his massive mountain-like physique, Strongman has also proven his interest in social media content creation. Strongman recently shared what he trains for on social media. But, the late 1970s saw Joe Weider come up with a grand plan and create the Mr. Olympia contest.
