The Godfather Producer Once Declared He Wouldn’t Dare an Adventure Even for $100,000 at Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver’s Sun Valley Home

The fame of Arnold Schwarzenegger in bodybuilding and Hollywood has made him a household name. In addition, his real estate investments have contributed to his $450 million net worth. There was a time when Arnold held the California governor’s office from 2003 to 2011. 

During his tenure, Schwarzenegger did some incredible work for the environment and the citizens of California. Even a skiing run was named after him near his Sun Valley, Idaho house. However, once his close friend and the producer of The Godfather movie Albert S. Ruddy stated how even with the prize of a hundred thousand dollars, he would never try Arnold’s run.

Arnold and his ex-wife Maria Shriver brought the house for their kids. In 2011, before their split up, they lived in the home that is nothing short of a Hollywood mansion. The home is a five-bedroom, 11-bathroom, Tudor-style pile.

In addition, it is 11,000 square feet and sits on six acres in Brentwood with an ocean view. Visitors to their homes tell stories of Arnie’s expensive humidors and the high ceilings.

This rightly represents Arnold’s fortune, which is thought to be worth several hundred million dollars. To give you an example of how Schwarzenegger built his empire, although he received $30 million for Terminator 3, a lot of his wealth is from his real estate investments, like the mall he purchased in Columbus, Ohio.

Nearby his house, a ski run is named after him. On this, his friend Ruddy stated, “They named one of the runs there the Schwarzenegger run.”

He added, “You’ve got to have ba**s just to look down there. I wouldn’t go down it for $100,000. But Arnold attacks the mountains.” 

Arnold is not only an investor, but he is also a philanthropist.

How Schwarzenegger gives back to society?

Schwarzenegger once got to know about the nonprofit Village for Vets. After coming across it, he gave $250,000 to build homes for the veterans in 2021.

The veterans had been residing in tents arranged in rows along the street for some time. But Arnold decided to change their lives. After his excellent deed, several vets emotionally shared their gratitude.
